Unfinished artwork: The Sad Smiling Girl

This is fucking sad story. i dont realize my soft-copy of my new artwork is at my desktop (drive C) so i format my PC without any doubt feeling. but suddenly i check my folder, i check the entire PC, the file is gone. now i cannot finish up my artwork since its all flatten with this jpeg file.


i not yet detail her hair, head decoration and the headphone. and also i want to change the colour too but it is too late now.

Actually this is just an experimentation or practice since i never do digital painting (realism) with PC tablet pen. its kind of potong stim when this thing happend. i have to start all over again. i know i still can finish it up but it no fun to continue while this emotion unstable (this is just an excuse!!!) hahaha.... please take a look at my sad digital painting.

FYI: i give up on this painting bcoz i want her to look cute, but she's not :(
FYI: i usually draw an horror, scary looking person. when i want to draw something cute, i failed
FYI: believe it or not i use Paint tool Sai to create the realistic looking brush stroke.. cool isn't for small size computer painting tool software :)

Ini pesyen bleh mati woo... artwork lagu nih mmg kasi aku migrain... stroke halus begini mmg aku tak biasa buat kalo pakai waccom... plus flat color mmg susah wooo... better effect air brush.. lg senang... inilah artwork paling letih penah aku wat seumur hidup aku... ntah la nape.. software senang... maybe aku nak demam kot... hasil dia takde la perfect pon... ade je cacat....

anyway.. aku pakai software baru nihh yg diberi oleh ZED ibrahim (otai gak budak nih a.k.a junior aku)... nama software PAINT TOOL SAI... agak smart disitu... mmg aku akan pakai software ni la kalo nak draw... tp aku masih tak biasa pakai waccom lg... so kene byk practice nihh.. hehehe... ini la process2 dr rough sketch hingga final.. ushar la woii!!!



Rough Sketches
ok... ni nak crita sikit... 1st proses kita kena rough sketch... aku pakai kaler selain itam sbb warna itam aku nak pakai time proses inking.... proses sketches (melakar) ni mengambil masa yg singkat... just ikut ati je... jgn nak kesah salah naa... teruskan jee.. tackle proportion figure.... janji aampa paam sketches ampa suudah la nohh....

Inking
memandangkan aku pakai komputer... proses inking ni takla bahaya sgt... kalo manual kene la hati2... kalo tak jenuh berpalam laaa ngan liquid (plakat white).. hehehe... proses ni mmg penting gila babi... yg mana ampa sketch td time ni laa penentu rupa bentuk lukisan ampa... kalo time rough sketch tu mcm taik.. time ni laa ampa repairr.. time ni mkn masa sikit sbb proses perkembangan idea juga masih berlaku disambil melukis dengan lebih detail dan kemas....



Black Shadow
aku tak tau nak bg nama apa kat proses nihh... ni mmg proses yg aku selesa buat sebelum aku colour... aku mesti nak letak shadow 100% black... bukan grayscale naaa.... ja black jaa... proses ni memudahkan ampa nak colour ikut tone... trust me... selain tuhh, proses ini membantu ampa terasa mcm artwork ampa nak siap dah... so anda akan tak sabaq2 dan makin bersemangat sehingga terlupa anda mempunyai awek yg sedang merindui anda...

Colouring
aku malas nak cite detail pasal colouring nihh... sebb panjang ceritanya... aku nak bg tips ja utk kaler nihh... 1st.. jgn pakai warna yg "betui"... hahaha1!!! aku tak ckp merapu laaa... maksud aku warna "betui" ni mcm warna merah "betui"... pure merah... tak best... cuba pakai merah tua... merah muda... kasi nampak naturall... gitu laaa...

Tertib
proses tertib adalah meletakkan watemark ataupon signiture anda.... itu sahaja dr saya... papaiii
